Life has all it’s up and downs…

“Liz??”

“Hi~! How are you?”

“Um.. Where is Abigail?”

“Abigail? I have no idea… must be still at uni. Why?”

“You…um…”

And then it hit Will. He suddenly took out he’s phone in a swoosh, scroll down to [Sent Messages]…..

Staring back at him..

Sent to: Abigail…..’s Sister

Liz standing there, at the garage door. Slowly the smile on her face drifts off. Looking blankly at Will, standing there, looking at he’s phone.

“um….what’s wrong?”

Will is speechless.

He has made such a stupid mistake. Ok, he has made many mistakes in he’s life, but none of which was so stupid?… He doesn’t know what to say to Liz. Lie and pretend he never did anything wrong? Or Be truthful?

“Liz..um…I’m sorry..”

“Why? what did you do? Well i did think your message was a bit werid and full on, but I knew you always joke around, so i thought it was just a random joke u wrote before you went to sleep.”

“Um..yea, about that message..”

“It’s ok, I didn’t take it to heart~! haha, i came out to see you to see what’s going on as well, nothing more.”

“All dressed up?”

“hehe…I always dress like this…yea”

“Well about that message, it was meant to be for Abigail, but i accidentally sent it to you as you are in my contact list as Abigail’s sister, which is one under her name…”

“Oh..that make so much more sense now..um…yea, i will see you later then………….”

She knew, well, a part of her did. Her life wouldn’t be so wonderful. It just won’t

“I’m really sorry, to have scared you like that with the random message. “

“That’s ok, I didn’t get scared, what you on about, haha everyone knows you joke alot, I never take anything you say to heart.” [Although i do remember everything you say….] Liz thought, but didn’t dare to say the second part.

“Sorry again, for all these trouble…..yea”

“all good, i will see you later..”

“yea…”

Will can tell the disappointment on Liz’s face. It was a Friday night, and he ruined her night for her….

“HEY~! Wait~!” Will called out.

“Um..Liz, are you doing anything tonight?”

“Um..not really”

“Well, wanna go grab something to eat then? I’ve known you for so long, but we never really hung out before. My treat~! lets just treat it as my apology to you.”

“Haha, I told you already, you don’t need to apologies. it’s no biggie” Liz smiled. One of the brightest smile Will has ever seen. No wonder they are sisters he thought.

“No it’s ok, i insist, for causing you all the trouble, let me buy you something to eat.”

With a bit more convincing, Liz is sitting in the passenger seat.

She didn’t picture tonight to turn out like this. As the car backs out of the drive way, she’s mixed with emotions. Happy? that Will is driving her to somewhere? that they are eating together? Or Guilty, because the person he really wanted to see tonight was Abigail…

As the car backs out of the drive and heads towards the sunset, Abigail appeared from the corner of the street. She can recognize the car from miles away, with the distinct roar. And as she walked closer, she sees a familiar person sitting in the passenger seat…

Seeing the two people sitting with a smile on their faces…and driving off.

It cut her…deep.
