Crossing the road?
Today started off very weridly. I took the bus to school today, as i usually do on thursdays. The bus drove as usual and when we reached Leach High Way, something werid happened. First i saw this little hatchback stoped right in the middle of the road. Leach High way is a major road, and for a car to stop right in the middle of it is very unusual…Just as I was questioning myself, the bus slowed and stoped next to it. I thought the bus driver was going to question to see if the car needed any help or wateva. To my suprise, all we did was stood there…The over whleming amount of “awww..”ing made me look out of the front window, and saw 2 ducks moving slowly across the road. Awww….how cute as you would say…but that actually has never happened to me.. It also made me wonder, like I always do. Does the ducks realise what it’s actions? that it’s crossing one of the busiest road at the busiest hour? That it slow walking would many be late for their job/school? Does it realise that any one could easily have ran over it without second thought and just anyone else could have picked it up, plucked and made a delicious meal of peking duck out of it? And guess what, if two people walked across the road that dat time, they will either be killed *due to bashing up* or screamed at…..Is this fair? no! this is duckist….or racist..[human race and duck race]…
